recently I mange to use the api from local mitel MiContact Center Config API like conversation but I need to know which api I can use to get data like
Number of incoming calls for specific dates
Number of callbacks
I run http://local Ip address/MiccSdk/api/v1/webhooks/subscriptions
but it return an empty array.
so please tell me exactly what I need to use.

Are you a member of the Mitel Solutions Alliance? Support for the MiCC SDK and APIs are provided through that program, we currently only support the CloudLink API suite on the Developer Forums. If you run into any issues getting an answer to your question through the MSA, please private message me.
