Voice Assist incoming trigger by Email Received

Hi, I’m looking a way to trigger, with an incoming mail, to make a call to an internal extension and put through a tts greeting. I saw that the “email received” trigger is still in beta, when are you planning the final release? Is that in someway already functioning?

We want to make this trigger GA when WorkFlow Studio becomes GA (H1-25).

Some background information. The email received trigger in WorkFlow Studio is just a simple custom webhook trigger that parses the received body to the system event body of Workflow Studio. You still need to configure your third-party email system to send a webhook to WorkFlow Studio on new emails. It’s important to understand that this trigger doesn’t automatically integrate with a third-party email platform such as O365.
