The general category is an area where you can post questions and discuss general topics. Specific categories are available for each API, if you wish to discuss something more specific.
When creating a new topic, please first perform a quick search to see if your question or issue has already been brought up. If you are reporting an issue, please provide as much detail as possible such as:
- The API calls being performed (excluding auth headers and any other sensitive data)
- The full text of any error messages
- The context of the API calls (what are you trying to accomplish?)
- Environment information (PBX, platform/os, etc)
Keep it clean and no hitting below the firewall!
