Stuck with creating a CloudLink account

Hi,
We run a CRM like SaaS application and need to catch incoming calls with the Notification API. The docs are straight forward, however, we struggle with setting up credentials in order to connect.

As the docs suggest, we have applied for the “Mitel Solutions Alliance” and have received access to MiAccess. According to the docs I should create a ClouldLink account from MiAccess:

If you do not have a CloudLink account, login to MiAccess and click ‘CloudLink Accounts Console’ on the navigation menu to automatically create your account. For more information on creating CloudLink accounts and users, please see the CloudLink Accounts documentation found here.

Unfortunately, I do not see any link that says “CloudLink Accounts Console”. In the left side navigation, I only see this:

Favorites Edit
Info Hub
Knowledge Management System
Learning Management System
Licenses & Services AMC
MiAccess Partner Portal
Software Download Center
Troubleshooting
Contact Us
Change your password
Change your default portal

And in the vertical navigation, I see:
Dashboard - Applications - Mitel.com - Self Service

Please advise.

Hi Yves,

Thanks for reaching out.

You should be able to navigate to the "Applications’ tab and then click on the “Mitel Administration” link.

This used to be called “Cloudlink Accounts Console”, unfortunately it appears like the docs were not updated.

I will create a ticket to have them updated.

Hopefully this helps.

Thanks

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your quick reply and thanks for the screenshot. My applications tab content looks quite different, it seems I do not have the CloudLink Application at all. See screenshot:

What do I have to do to apply for it?

Hi Yves,

Yes, it does appear like you don’t have access to it.

If you reach out to the MiAccess team, they should be able to give you access.

Thanks,
