Just putting it out here, can anyone think of a way to auto logoff all agents ?
Customer is all MiCollab agent softphones who forgets to logout (Web Ignite) when shift is finished instead just closing the browser ie stays logged in…
Do they have CloudLink? If so there is actions in Workflow Studio for managing agents states. You could look at building a schedule that puts them offline at specific time.
