Mitel is pleased to announce the availability for selected partners of CloudLink Gateways for the MiVoice Office 400 and MiVoice 5000 platforms as of April 7, 2022! A formal announcement for Mitel Authorized Partners can be found on InfoChannel and PowerUP (requires MiAccess login).
With the availability of the CloudLink Gateways for the MiVO 400 and MiV 5000, developers have access to new functionality such as:
- Allow call control of endpoints (make call, transfer, etc) through the Media API
- Receive notifications of certain events through the Notification API
- Sync users with CloudLink who can be accessed with the Admin API (one-way sync).
