An issue has been identified with our CLGW when deployed with Mitel’s MiVB™ in concert with Mitel’s MiCollab™. The issue causes deletion of users in MiCollab™ Admin when switching the CLGW connectivity from IP to FQDN based addressing or vice versa. We understand the problem and its root cause, and our engineers are actively working on a resolution. Until further notice, and to avoid you experiencing this issue, please deploy CLGW with either IP or FQDN but once deployed, do not revert/change from one method to the other.
